White Spot

This is indeed a very annoying white spot. This spot is approximately half a cm wide in overall length. Therefore, that explains why this ULCER hurts so badly :(
Long gone the days where I used to torture myself, by rubbing salt onto the ulcer, or hurting it with the toothbrush. The feeling was somehow satisfying at that time. BUT now, I just leave it alone :)
Can't bear that much of pain anymore.

Ulcer has its enemy too you know, for example : Chilli, salt, pepper, and anything hot & spicy

This little white spot can cause so much pain to a person. Jeez!
