If you tell a guy that you are sick, and if he laughs at it, he ought to be shot
- He has no sense of compassion
- Only one intention- which is to hurt you
- 0.1% chance of a future doctor doing this unforgivable act- but it happens
- normal guy or even a normal human wouldn't do such thing
- conclusion- he is ought to be shot
