Kaoshiung / Taipei, Day 5

This is Kaoshiung baby

Pretty?

At the Chung Cheng Memorial Hall

The guy is spraying some water to cool the soldier

Freaking hot

I wonder how they can stand not moving at all

Finally they can move

I bet they are sooooo relieved

Ladies washroom

Cool eh?

This piece of art costs about RM45000

I forgot how much this one costs

To the person who did this, it's not obscene, it's called art

By the way, this place is actually a restaurant

The food is not bad too

If I'm not mistaken this building is 4 storeys-high

Taken at the National Palace Museum

No photos allowed in the museum

The funny thing is, all the priceless Chinese treasures are from ancient China, and what the hell is it doing in Taiwan's museum?

They brought the treasures together with them while running away from the Japanese, and ended up in Taiwan, and then refused to give it back to China. They claimed that it's theirs.

Okok even if it's theirs but imagine if Malaysia's National Museum does not have anything got to do with Malaysia but instead we have Samurai swords or English battleships or Egyptian treasures.

Do the tourists ever wonder??

I do!

It's like, I go to Taiwan to see Taiwan's culture and history, but BUT

I am more amazed by CHINA's treasures instead.

World's tallest building

Taipei 101

It is taller than it looks, the upper part of the building can't be seen here

But I think our jagung is much nicer
After that, we went to Xi Men Ding, where the locals like to hang out. The goods there are like Sungei Wang stuffs
