I guess they are trying to tell the customers that it is cooked with charcoal and not gas. The restaurant is called Choong Kee which is situated near Atria Shopping Complex, next to Dominos Pizza. Sometimes you are expected to wait up to an hour before food is served! This is how popular this pot of rice is. It is 7 Ringgit for 1 pot or you can order the big one for 2 which is 13 Ringgit.
